About Me

I've always been fascinated by gargoyles. It was almost a dream come true when I was able to go to Paris and visit Notre Dame. Unfortunately, work was being done on the Cathedral and visitors couldn't go inside that day. So, I had to be satisfied with taking a few pictures from outside at ground level.

I had better luck at Prague Castle a few years later. I was amazed by all the gargoyles!!! I spent a lot of time taking pictures of them. Of course, my wife was none too thrilled when it was deemed time to go by our guide and I was too engrossed with the gargoyles to be bothered. I figured I could get back to the hotel even if I missed the bus. She figured differently, gave me the look that can't be ignored and back to the bus we went.
