Working for a Living

We grow up and go to school
To hone the brain as a tool.
Off to work in white shirts we go
Our diplomas firmly in tow.

In meetings we sit and yap
About all sorts of "meaningful" crap.
And, any useful knowledge in our brain
Goes hurriedly down the drain.

So, from a babe with a brand new kit
We go on to retire a complete idiot.
So, what do we learn from our days as a pup?
To never, never, ever grow up!
